- Essentia Pure Detailing prides itself on offering exceptional customer service. We will only ever operate to high standards and ask one thing from our clients: respect and agree to our Terms and Conditions prior to conducting any such work.
- Essentia Pure Detailing will only operate in a safe environments and will avoid the following for the safety of our staff and vehicles: Essentia Pure Detailing will not commence work on any vehicle that is on a main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. Our team will also require access to the mains plug for the use of the extension lead.
- We may also require access to water unless we’re situated on a business park or have limited access. Our on-board water system can be used if asked at any point.
- If you find yourself with any of the above, we kindly ask that you contact Essentia Pure Detailing to make arrangements; alternatively, we can conduct work at another destination suited to you. Additional cost may apply subject to location / package.
- Before making your booking with Essentia Pure Detailing please understand our deposit policy. a 50% security deposit is to be taken from all clients prior receiving your confirmation booking… This secures your booking and ensures no cancellations are made on the day. Deposits are to be paid directly to Essentia Pure Detailing; bank details will be provided. Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will result in a non-refundable deposit and remain non-transferable.
- Essentia Pure Detailing will not be held accountantable for battery fault should a problem accure after our team has visited. – Lights could remay on when doors are open for a long period of time and we need to make clients aware of this potential issue.
- In the event of unprecedented traffic delays or any unexpected incidents or emergencies, Essentia Pure Detailing may have to cancel or rearrange your booking. If this is the case, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of the deposit will be honoured.
- Monthly Clients – All clients on our monthly maintenance package are required every four – six weeks for their appointment. Failing to obtain within this timeframe will unfortunately require “The Executive Package”. The purpose of our monthly maintenance is for the vehicle to be kept on top off regularly. Our monthly clients have the options from two – six weeks, four – six being our most popular.
- Additional charges will apply should we arrive and encounter the following: a mass of pet hair, mud or sand, heavy dirt, paint, or mould. The price will be negotiable with a higher premium, this is the customer’s responsibility to inform Essentia Pure Detailing of the above, before your appointment and we will ask for pictures to confirm the condition prior to our visit.
- Terms And Conditions will need to be acknowledged and agreed upon before any bookings are confirmed. Agreeing to our business terms is a vital part of our business. Any bookings affected by any of the above may result in full booking
- An invoice will be sent to the billing address and email address you provided upon booking.
- On completion you will be prompted by our team confirming the remaining balance. An invoice will be sent the same day. Payments will need to be paid within 12 hours of the invoice being sent.
- Additional fixed rate of £50 will be payable for any late payments.
- Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. We will not fall victim to a loss of time or money under any circumstances.
